Cooking and Eating when Pregnant
The Cooking and Eating when Pregnant course is a set of 4 sessions, covering Nutrition for you and your unborn child, Cooking demo's and Tasty Healthy Recipes, and Breast feeding and weaning tips. Come along on your own or with your partner.
HALFF can provide a one off, or set of three sessions, for parent and baby groups to explore weaning.
We cover the different stages of weaning, from introducing the first foods, to finger foods, and moving onto lumpy solids. We demonstrate how to make purees at the consistencies suitable for each stage, offering tasters. Our staff will talk around some of the main concerns and problems parents may have and try to offer advice where appropriate.
